Q: What if I don't have a Paypal account? How can I create one?
A: PayPal's home page is: http://www.paypal.com. There is a Sign Up link at the top that you can follow, or take this link directly to it: https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=registration-run.
If you are a parent, it is imperative that you make all purchases with your paypal account for your child. DO NOT give your child (or anyone else) access to your PayPal account. Giving access to your PayPal account is as good as giving full access to your credit card. The majority of fraudulent orders come from children using their parent's credit cards or Paypal accounts without permission. If you are a parent and you would like to receive a phone call or email to verify every order that is made with your account, we will be happy to help.
Q: I want to pay by credit or debit card. Do I need a Paypal account?
A: No. Although we process all credit and debit cards through Paypal, you do not need a Paypal account to use them. To order with a credit card, simply click on the 'click here' box above the Paypal login on the checkout screen.
Q: How can I be sure that my credit/debit card information is secure?
A: We use Paypal to process all credit cards because it is safer for us and for you. Paypal employs industry leading software to ensure the privacy of each transaction. In addition to that, Paypal never provides us with your card number; they give us only the payment, and the information we need to complete the order. Your security is important to us. If we ever suspect that an order may be fraudulent we put the order on hold until we can call you to confirm it.
Q: What information should I include with my payment?
A: The more the better. If you are paying by PayPal or credit card, we would appreciate it if you include your confirmed address and phone number. Please select 'shipping is required' at checkout to include this information with the payment. This goes toward weeding out the fraudulent orders. The more information you provide, the easier it will be to confirm your identity. If you're paying by one of the alternate methods, we will ask you for all the information we need in an email. We will never use personal information for purposes other than verifying the integrity of your order.
Q: How will the items be delivered to me?
A: We will create a mule account to hold the item(s) you ordered. The login and password of this account will be e-mailed to your primary Paypal address, or the e-mail address you provided at checkout. After you have received the email, it is your responsibility to remove the items from the mule account before it expires. Mules expire 10 days after creation if nobody has logged into them so it is important that you get your items right away.
Q: Do you accept orders from outside the United States?
A: Yes, we accept orders from around the world, but keep in mind that all of our prices are listed in U.S. Dollars.
We do not accept currency from other countries.
Currency sent through Paypal using either your Paypal account or a credit card will be converted automatically. You can calculate the cost in your local currency using the Universal Currency Converter from XE.com.
Q: How do I transfer the items to my character from the mule account?
A: There are a few ways that this can be done. I'll list them in order of safety.
- If you have 2 computers or are using D2loader with 2 copies of Diablo 2, you will have no problem transferring the item to yourself in a game.
- If you have a friend that can help you, just get him/her to log on to the mule account and transfer the item to your character in a game. DO NOT trust random people you have met on Battle.net to help you transfer your $100 order. Get someone you know in real life to do this. People tell me all the time how they trusted their bnet "friend" and they turned on them and stole all the items.
Although it is possible to transfer alone using a stable, private game, this method is risky. If the game crashes, or if you don't get back to it fast enough, the items will be lost.
Q: How long does it take to get my items once I've paid?
A: Most orders will be delivered within 5mins-12 hours. Some orders may require extra verification which might cause a delay. If we need extra information from you, we will ask. If you have not heard from us within 24 hours of the time you placed your order, please contact our Livechat.We have staff delivering items around-the-clock 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
Q: Are your items duped? Will they be deleted by The Scan?
A: No, unless otherwise noted, all items on the site, including runes and SoJs, are legit. Duplicates are marked 'not perm.' Special care should be taken with these items. Please see question "How can I protect my duped items from The Scan?" Duped items will not be replaced if they disappear. Because of the risk associated in owning these items, they are significantly less expensive than their legit counterparts.
Q: How can I protect my duped items from The Scan?
A: 1. Don't carry duped items around with you from game to game. Keep them on a character you don't often use until you're ready to use it.
2.Trade-Cancel immediately before you leave every game. Opening a tradescreen with another player and closing it will remove deletion flags from your items. Deletion flags may be reapplied to your item if you do not leave immediately after doing this.
3.If your duped item is socketable, simply put it in a socket. It will be forever permanent whether it's duped or not.
4.Buy our legit items.
Q: Can my character on the USEAST realm use items from the USWEST realm?
A:No. Items are not interchangeable between realms. A Hardcore character may not use Normal items or vice versa. USWEST characters may not use USEAST items, or Europe Items. Ladder characters may not use non-ladder items. A non-expansion (classic) character may not use expansion items. A character may only use items that exist on the same realm as it does. While you're shopping, make sure that you are ordering items for the proper realm.

A:Sorry, no. All of the items we sell are for use on expansion characters only, we do not carry any items for non-expansion characters. Q: How can i perm items?can i got the Temp Perm Method
A:The Temp Perm Method will only allow you to keep your unperm dupes for that game ONLY. You MUST repeat the Temp Perm Method for EVERY game in order for your dupes to never disappear.
The Temp Perm Method:
1. Open a trade window with another player.
2. Click Cancel to close trade window.
3. Quickly Save and Exit after trade window close.
4. The above will work every time, just don't forget to do it every game to be safe.
Note: you must have your items on your body/inventory when you do this. YOU MUST DO THIS EVERYTIME YOU LEAVE A GAME OR THE DELETION FLAGS ON YOUR DUPED ITEMS WILL NOT BE REMOVED!
